We have had our offer to buy the pub officially accepted

This has been a key week in our journey to buy the Fox and turn into a community pub, Yvonne received formal written confirmation on Thursday that our offer has been accepted. We have appointed a solicitor to act for us and your Action group are now preparing for the share launch as our next major step.

The launch of our share offer will be on the 20th November at Wellesbourne Village hall at 7:30pm. We are holding it in Wellesbourne partly because we will need the larger hall, but also as recognition that we are getting a lot of support and pledges from outside of Loxley and it is important that we emphasis it will be a community pub for all of us both in and around Loxley.

We do still need more pledges so please download a pledge form from this Website and help us create what will be more than a pub.
