We have appointed our Manager and Chef

Fantastic news is that even though we cannot open yet due to Covid-19 restrictions we have appointed our Manager and as a bonus we have also appointed our Chef. We had 100 applications for the position of Manager and we interviewed 9 of the 100 applicants all of whom had some great qualities and lots of experience.

We are not going to reveal who they are until closer to when we open, but I am pleased to say we have appointed a lovely couple who will move to Loxley and join our community, running the Fox at Loxley a Community pub. They will not start until we are ready to open, but they are already giving us lots of support and advice.
