We are now at the final stages of agreeing a price with EI group to purchase the pub, the flat above the pub and the field. When we have confirmation of this we will arrange a community meeting for all those who have pledged or are interested in pledging. At this community meeting we will launch our share offer with more details on the business plan to turn the Fox into a community pub.
This is a real critical stage of our project and we do still need more pledges so if you have not yet pledged or you know someone who may be interested in pledging please forward them this e.mail or complete the attached pledge form and return it to me.
We still have a lot of work to do but we are really positive that we can make this a success and turn the Fox into a community pub for Loxley and our surrounding villages.
